The park was clean. Restroom were clean and functional. The park offers well-maintained outdoor basketball courts. The outdoor fitness stations by the baseball field were in good condition.

Two of the available four water fountains assessed were fully functional. One fountain had insufficient water pressure and another fountain was leaking slightly.

There was some standing water around the edge of the park, as well as in the water fountains.
