Wear and Tear

The outdoor fitness stations showed signs of wear and tear. A paved multipurpose court had no nets and cracks in the asphalt. Some of the picnic tables were worn and a few were not usable.

Water Conservation & Drought Effects

Dry spots and weeds in lawn areas were throughout park. Stressed or dead trees were observed, The multipurpose field was approximately 30% bare. Several muddy patches were noted throughout the park.

The field restrooms were not clean with plaster missing. High door thresholds limited handicap accessibility.
